Reschedule

Your confirmation email contains the secure Square link for your appointment. Deposited bookings can be rescheduled there before the studio’s cutoff.

Request cancellation

Square does not let a customer directly cancel an appointment after a deposit has been paid. Email the studio with your booking details so it can process the request.
