Tattoo enquiries
When you use the enquiry form, you may provide your name, contact details, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size and reference files. FormSubmit relays that information to the studio so Lilly Ink can reply and discuss your enquiry.
Enquiry information is used only to respond, plan requested work and meet reasonable business or legal obligations. It is kept only for as long as it is needed for those purposes.
Studio email signups
If you sign up for the subscriber offer, FormSubmit relays your email address, your permission to receive marketing and the offer details to the studio. Lilly Ink uses these details to handle your signup and send the tattoo offers, flash sheets and studio news you agreed to receive.
You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing lillyinktattoo@gmail.com or using an unsubscribe option in a studio email. Signup requests are currently handled by the studio; this website does not automatically enrol you in a separate mailing-list service.
Your browser remembers when you dismiss an offer so it is not automatically shown again for seven days. A temporary marker in the same browser tab can show the small flash offer after the signup form returns; it contains no email address or other form answers.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information the studio holds about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. Contact the studio using the email address above.
